  1. "Pitiful! Your asking cannot exist completed at this time. Please endeavor once more later."

    xc% of the time when I try to log into the fido.ca web site I get the message:

    Code:

    Sorry! Your asking cannot exist completed at this fourth dimension. Please try again later.
    I've tried with both Chrome and Firefox. Possibly it'due south because I'm running Ubuntu 9.10? This has been the instance (sometimes better, sometimes worse) for the past yr. It's really abrasive retrying logins for xx minutes....

    Anyone accept ideas?

    I had the same problem but once I phoned them and told them to remove the old IMEI'southward from my business relationship I could login correct away.


  3. I called in and unfortunately I don't accept whatsoever other IMEIs associated with my line. The CSR mentioned that they're enlightened that the site is having problem right now and they're working to gear up information technology.

    Anyway, it'south non THAT important for me but would be nice if information technology only worked.

  5. I had the same trouble on one of my accounts and called CS today. They told me that because I had two lines on the same business relationship that I needed to log in world wide web.fido.ca using the Group ID and not the Login with Fido Number. I told Fido CS that I have been logging in with my prison cell # for the last few years and never with the Group ID. Fido CS told me that information technology wasn't possible for me to practice that ?!?!?! You take to love information technology when they don't believe you.

    They created at Group ID and countersign for me.

    Fido CS stayed on the line til I logged on. I hung up then used the pull downward tab to change cell #'s and now information technology only shows a blank screen after I login.

    I'll be calling Fido CS again tomorrow.


  6. "Neat" stuff. That super-buggy web site keeps me abroad from their online billing, despite their constant nagging.

    Who really wants to go through the hassle of checking over and over again to simply see their monthly bill?

    I hate when CSRs sign people up for grouping ID's when it's unnecessary. Information technology nearly always results in a callback(sometimes more than one).

    Mine wasn't working for a few weeks. Tried multiple times everyday.

    Finally gave upwards and called CS which then created a GroupID login. Only at present signing into Group ID is still giving me bug.


  10. I take 2 Fido phones - one works while the other one doesn't.

    1 Fido phone works okay - I can sign in.

    The other phone I cannot sign in - I get the fault message - "Sorry! Your request cannot exist completed at this time. Please try over again later on."

    So far the but way to pop-upwards the phone is through the phone itself.

    I would like to know if Fido take a resolution for this issue.

  12. For those who experience a log in proglems, either past inbound your Fido number or your Group ID, only tp let y'all know then at that place'south a problem. I recommand everyone to contact Fido, 1-888-481,3436, from a landline if possible, for troubleshooting. If yet doesn't work they will open a ticket to prepare it.

    This has been going on for months, in my experience, and it is only getting buggier, so if it is affecting so many customers I can't see how a trouble ticket by ticket approach will fix information technology. It appears that Fido has a broad ranging calculator arrangement trouble that they accept failed to address finer. Currently I tin can log in but can't access my account information: in other words the Fido system sees me as logged in and recognizes me, only it as well sees my as logged out and I get the "Distressing..." message, and I am simulatneously shown as logged out. I tin can log in and out, but tin't admission my account. The system has also deactivated my phone, although I am on automatic instant refill with a balance: and then mayhap the estimator system that does the automated instant refills has also failed.
    I don't call up Rogers is trying to kill off Fido by neglect, I believe that the major players ( Telus, Rogers) are spending so much time and money on advert and market share wars that they accept forgotten to upgrade their basic systems.

  14. As bad as it is, Rogers' own site is far worse. Just yesterday I tried browsing phones and it kept giving me an error page. Other times it has horrible rendering problems.

    After all these years, Rogers yet has the worst website out of all the providers past far.


  15. I get the same message but for some reason I only get information technology on Sabbatum or Sun when I try to log in belatedly at night . I but figured perhaps they try to do a fill-in or system upgrade or somthing similar that on belatedly night weekends .

    I never get that bulletin Mon - Friday irrespective of the the time I log in but virtually always get it on Sabbatum/Sun ( late night )
